Hello! My name is Mallori, and I am a licensed social worker and certified birth & postpartum doula serving South Jersey and the greater Philadelphia area. I have always had a love for strengthening and supporting families, and I am honored to do so through birth work!
I believe that the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period is a sacred time when families deserve extra love and care. I also strongly believe that families and individuals have a right to access evidence-based information and knowledge surrounding birthing options, and this continuously guides my work. I am excited to get to know you and learn more about your desires for your birth and postpartum experience!
Support throughout pregnancy will help you feel more informed, educated, and empowered for your birth, in addition to hands-on, emotional support that serves to encourage you during your birth!
Becoming educated on the signs and symptoms of perinatal mood & anxiety disorders is the first step to being more aware and prepared for handling this possibility.
Having support during the 4th trimester is just as important as your prenatal care and birth support!

"No one can guarantee how a birth will go. But working with Mallori as my doula was the main reason why I was able to have a baby without an epidural. She had the knowledge to support me in laboring in different positions in order to flip the baby--not easy! (Though Mallori is supportive of whatever birth plan is best for you.) I cannot recommend her enough, I feel grateful to her for her time and energy, and felt supported before, during, and after the birth. She helped us explore by practicing different positions to labor in, something I felt particularly helped by. If you are looking for a doula, she is an amazing choice."
-Emily, Birth Client
Mallori was absolutely invaluable to us. During the later stage of pregnancy she provided us with lots of tools, techniques, and information in order to prepare us for labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. These things were very helpful both in preparing us for the birth of our first child as well as supporting my body through the tough end stage of pregnancy and beyond. When I was in labor she was there for me the whole time. I could not have gotten through what ended up being a difficult labor and delivery without her support. If you are thinking about asking Mallori to be your doula, I wouldn't hesitate. I cannot recommend her enough.
